1. Agreement to Terms

2. Products, Categories & Descriptions

We make every effort to display the colors, specifications, designs, and dimensions of our products as accurately as possible. Please note:

• Multi-Product Store: Aarnee Enterprise offers a diverse catalog including clothing, fashion jewellery, 1/2 gram gold micro-plated jewellery, lifestyle accessories, and related merchandise.
• 1/2 Gram Jewellery Notice: Items categorized as 1/2 gram or 1 gram jewellery are premium micro gold-plated / imitation fashion jewellery designed for aesthetic elegance, and are not pure solid gold bullion.
• Photographs are taken under studio lighting; minor color variations may occur depending on your mobile or monitor display settings.

3. Orders, Pricing & Availability

All orders placed on Aarnee Enterprise are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Inaccurate or incomplete delivery address or unreachable phone number.
• Unavailability of product stock.
• Pricing errors or technical discrepancies on the product listing.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

To provide maximum trust and convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across major pin codes in India:

• Customers may be contacted via phone or WhatsApp prior to dispatch to verify address details and confirm intent to receive the parcel.
• Exact cash or UPI payment must be handed over to the courier delivery executive upon receiving the sealed parcel.
• Refusing parcels at the doorstep without valid reason causes logistical loss; repeated unaccepted COD orders may lead to restricted access to Cash on Delivery.

5. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Estimated delivery takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your delivery location.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aarnee Enterprise, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product paid by the customer.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
